Dr. Detra Ann German
Dr. Detra Ann German, affectionately known as Dr. Dee, is a visionary leader, seasoned project management professional, and dynamic speaker with many years of experience in technical project and program management. As the Founder and CEO of Dr. Dee’s Project Solutions, LLC, she brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, practical execution, and heart-centered leadership to every client engagement.
With a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA with a concentration in Project Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Dr. Dee has consistently combined deep technical expertise with people-first leadership. She holds multiple certifications, including PMP, CSM, and CSPO, and has led high-impact projects across industries such as government, healthcare, and financial services.
Dr. Dee is passionate about helping organizations build strong project management cultures through tailored training and strategic advisory services. She is also a respected voice in the project management community, serving on the board of the PMI Palmetto Chapter and speaking at professional conferences on communication, leadership, and virtual team dynamics.
